I truly enjoyed reading this book. Kendall McKenna has a knack for writing military books. Not only does she get the military aspects correct, but she also gets across the deep camaraderie service members share. I have to say that of all the military based stories I have read, Kendall’s have struck me as the truest to date. As a veteran myself, as well as being a military spouse, I have to say it means a lot when someone takes the time to get it right.
